About Kyle Rhodes

I've been helping families with estate planning since 2007. Over the years, I've seen too many situations where families thought they were protected—only to discover important gaps in their estate plan.

That's why I founded Family Legacy Guard: to help families create plans that provide clarity, protection, and confidence when life doesn't go according to plan.

I’m a Texas estate planning attorney and the founder of Family Legacy Guard. I’ve been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2007 and have spent my time helping individuals and families in Texas navigate important planning decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

I was born and raised in Arlington, Texas, where I still live today with my wife, Susie, our two sons, Kent and Seth, and our Boston Terrier, Zoe. Susie also serves as Family Legacy Guard’s Client Service Director and plays an important role in helping clients feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout the planning process.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing tennis, and being part of my church community.
